Shine Group

'The ‘Shine’ pupils’ group plays a significant role in promoting the school’s distinctive ethos through its outstanding work supporting collective worship and leading school-wide projects. '

Shine Group is a group of pupil volunteers who work to develop our Christian values across school.

The children have a massive impact across school. 

Their role includes: 

  • Helping to plan Collective Worship 
  • Delivering Collective Worship 
  • Gathering prayers from children across school 
  • Evaluating worship
  • Developing our reflection areas across school 
  • Planning whole school events to develop Christian Values and teachings 
  • Planning church services and visits
