Reception Sparkle and Shine

This week we have started our ‘Sparkle and shine’ topic. We have started with a ‘bang’ by learning about Bonfire night and how to stay safe. We have made bonfire artwork using chalk and ‘magic painting’ with crayons and water colours. We have used our mathematical knowledge and ordered numicon rockets and went on a number hunt outside. We also made dancing firework sticks and did firework experiments. We’ve had a brilliant week!
