Year 2 are Scientists.
This week Year 2 are Scientists and have been out exploring our local environment identifying and classifying things as living, non-living or never been alive. Children have had to apply their knowledge of the 7 life processes to help them classify different objects. They have then been exploring outside looking at different micro habitats and noting what mini beasts they discovered in them; ranging from slugs and centipedes to ladybirds and woodlouse.
