Year 2 have really impressed us with telling the time. Our learning has progressed from reading o’clock and half past times to now learning about quarter to and quarter past. We have also moved on even further to look at telling the time of 5 minute intervals past the hour. Well done Year 2, this is difficult learning but you have all tried so hard!
This week, year 5 finished their science topic with an air resistance investigation. We made parachutes of different sizes and then investigated which would fall the slowest.
Year 1 have thoroughly enjoyed using natural materials to create a piece of artwork. They have also showed fantastic skills when weaving.
We are so proud of Year 3 for showing fantastic sportsmanship this week. The weather wasn’t on our side but nevertheless the children gave it their all. Great work Year 3 applying all those skills you have learnt so far this year.
